grand hyatt exceeded my expectations with their excellent rooms, comfortable beds, and good dining options. the location next to the shopping mall and proximity to the train station made it convenient for exploring the area.

The location is super convenient, just a quick 5-minute drive from the Grand Theatre metro station and Luohu Port. We could easily hop on the subway and explore all the cool hotspots in Shenzhen. Plus, the 40-inch LED TVs in the rooms were perfect for chilling out and watching our favorite shows after a long day of adventure.

If there's one thing we wish could have been better, it's the lack of a happening party scene for young people. Don't get me wrong, the hotel was amazing, but as teenagers looking for a fun party atmosphere, we were hoping for some more lively entertainment options.

The breakfast was absolutely fantastic. We really enjoyed the king room - luxurious with a spectacular view. The location was great and perfect - within short walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go.

Beautifully decorated room with a fantastic view was enjoyable. Location: the hotel was not far from shops, restaurants and transportation as well as Close to a large shopping mall. Ate at Junyue Property Buffet, it's just a short stroll away from the venue.

The room was so cozy and comfortable, with amazing views of either Shenzhen or the stunning Hong Kong mountains. It made us feel like we were in a dreamland! We loved the well-equipped bathroom, complete with a luxurious bathtub and a walk-in shower. The bathrobe and slippers provided added a touch of indulgence to our stay. The spacious apartment had everything we needed, from a satellite TV and a work desk to a kitchenette and a minibar. It felt like a home away from home. Each room had air conditioning, an LCD TV, and a minibar, ensuring that we had all the modern comforts we needed during our stay.

Personally, we found the separate bathtubs and showers in the private bathrooms a bit inconvenient. However, we understand that others may still appreciate this feature.
